Buggy app
A buggy and unnecessary app. When you click view tickets it goes to a blank black screen with blank button badges. The only parts of the app that work are the ones that suck up all your personal data and annoy you with notifications. 0/5
Time Outs & Credit Issue
after 7, 8, maybe nine attempts I finally had to switch cards drop parking pass and was able to get the actual tickets that I was trying to get after timing out the first time because credit application issues because of security code issues then restarted the process timed out again. Had a parking pass issue was locked out of the tickets. Try again had to wait like 10 minutes for the tickets to beat to show up was available again and thankfully were then almost timed out again and it ended up switching payment for the third time first a debit card then Apple Pay then a credit card the only option it would take a little ridiculous

App freezes
I keep trying to view my tickets and the app Freezes. How am I supposed to get into the show of the app Freezes?
Absolute garbage
So glitchy you can’t even use it. Just go to your laptop.
