Tickets not showing in app
First off, I shouldn’t need to access both ticket master and live nation to view my tickets. In addition to that, one my tickets will show in the app. All of a sudden they no longer show requiring me to log out and log back into the app just to see my tickets again. Never had an issue with physical ticket stubs before. I miss them so much.

They add so many fees on tickets you buy, they give you concert cash you have to use within less than a month, & they don’t really reward you on purchases other than $5 off a concert which is barely enough to cover their $30 fees.

Horrible app
This app was incredibly frustrating. I originally had my ticket in the Ticketmaster app, but it forced me to download this app instead. After installing it, I couldn’t find or access my ticket anywhere. Thankfully, I was able to add the ticket to my Apple Wallet from the email I received, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to get in. I never actually found my tickets within this app. The experience was confusing and completely unnecessary.

For some reason ticketmaster thought I was a bot and I couldn’t use the app or website. Downloaded Live Nation and was able to get my ticket no problem. It’s hilarious because it’s powered by ticketmaster smh
