For some reason ticketmaster thought I was a bot and I couldn’t use the app or website. Downloaded Live Nation and was able to get my ticket no problem. It’s hilarious because it’s powered by ticketmaster smh

Booo! Concert cash not redeemable
I’m tired of having to use several different apps to purchase entertainment tickets all under the guise of benefits and exclusives that have no real value, and it’s all tied back to Ticketmaster and their near total monopoly on venues/ entertainment industry. On top of that my concert cash is never applied or redeemable despite purchasing tickets through whatever required app and no spot to apply the code. Booo! Do better!

All Access is Trash
The Live Nation All Access system is total garbage. There are constant loops of seeking presales as “starting soon” or tickets being available with no presale codes needed. Then you are directed to another app and another app, but you’ll miss the presale. Or you’ll get in and there will be presale codes needed. Do better.

SUCKS!!!!
I had tickets transferred to me on ticket master, the event shows in ticket master app but it says I must go to the Live Nation app to view them which is already dumb, why do you have to use multiple apps. So I go to Live nation app and my tickets don’t show there at all. I go to Live nation website and the tickets show but it won’t let you view them, it says you must download the app… the same app where they do not display. I am logged in with the same account. This is infuriating. I cannot view my tickets and idk how I will get into the venue because these apps don’t work!!!!!

App kept glitching
Yesterday I could not get the seat view up, today it’s stuck saying check your card app before your tickets can be confirmed and I lost my order because it timed out. Then I re did the entire order and it said parking is not available, which is impossible and it made me start over in the order payment process. What a pain in the butt.
