Needs to be brighter
Please issue a firmware update to fix the scenes that aren't very bright, even though brightness is set at 100% the light is dim. Please improve reliability of the connections as well.

STILL ISSUES Backlit TV issues: randomly switches to different modes like sound rainbow instead of video. Also, once you click on the device, it pops up with “enable Bluetooth” but that’s already been done. Product is good, software needs bug fixes

Light Bars will not Synchronize with my Neo Box
My light bars used to sync with my Neo Box. I have reset them over and over and still light bars will not sync with box. I did all the steps to try to correct the problem but no luck. The light bars have a synchronize tab using the app but when click on it no proper connection to NEO box. I don’t know why it won’t sync up it used to add some good light effects when it did work correctly but now the light bars don’t connect properly…. Bummer !!

Unable to login
For some reason, the iOS version is unable to login to the Lytmi account. Tried on an iPhone and iPad, and neither will login. The only way that I’m able to login is using an old Android device. Verified username and password are correct, it just doesn’t work on iOS devices.
