Company lacks customer appreciation
(I only put five stars to make sure the review isn’t removed, but really should be 1/2 star. Like caretaker from longest yard 1/2 star lol )
Customer service is non existent, I got blindly transferred between the wrong departments several times until i reached peak frustration then luckily I spoke with a gentleman named Mike in sales department who had the decency to stay on line and make sure I got to the correct department only for the next person person to be not helpful, so I gave up with them, I’m glad I’m canceling services with this company I’ve had nothing but a horrible experiences with them since 2021

Money TRAP - BEWARE
I regret ever signing up with LegalZoom. After using only a fraction of their services, they immediately started pushing me to spend more money without offering a shred of loyalty for being a paying customer. Instead of helping me feel valued, they made me feel like a walking wallet.
Their sales approach is aggressive, and once they’ve got you in their system, it’s all about upsells. They provide little actual service for what you pay, and when you question the value, they have no interest in making it right. They couldn’t even help file my taxes correctly.
For a company that markets itself as a solution for small business owners, their customer care is shockingly tone-deaf. If you’re thinking of using LegalZoom, do yourself a favor: look elsewhere. There are plenty of better options that won’t nickel-and-dime you at every step.
Bottom line: LegalZoom is more interested in poaching more money from you than providing the service you already paid for. ALSO, when asking for a partial refund, they weren’t willing to discuss anything with me. Hope this helps you make the right decision - I sure didn’t!

Perfect
This is a good app for a small start up, I can make great invoices that look professional i can send them out to anyone and get paid via linking it to whoever you use for payment collection. Simple to use helps me track expenses for tax purposes. I would love to see them expand this and compete with quickbooks who charges you for everything. Fart while you’re running payroll oh 4$ fee.

This site is NOT worth anything. I can no longer sign into my account. If you no longer have the orginal phone number (in my case I was over seas serving my amazing Country), to find out because I chose not too keep my orginal number that I cannot log in. I’m not jumping through hoops to make my life difficult. Then support says well your account (I have access to my email) is old and I haven’t agreed to all the NEW terms. My account I got full access for $7.99 USD a month. Now it’s different yet they still charged me monthly and have taken my ability to login away from me.

Terrible service
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Paid for the dissolution and then was mistakenly charged for a renewal fee even though I had cancelled. Now being told they don’t “refund” even though it was a system error on their end.
not worth it
after a comprehensive and thorough review, i have concluded this app is a waste of money and completely unnecessary. i personally do not think this app serves society any value and i do think the developers are likely better able to serve society by becoming a part of the soylent green protocol. if the developers of "legalzoom" were to be soylent green'd, no one would care. not joking, this app is garbage and the developers should feel bad. i genuinely do not feel bad saying this however, as someone does need to say it. this app is garbage. the developers are brain damaged. i personally? i would delete the developers from existence lol. app doesnt even have landscape mode on the ipad. this app is a sad excuse of a joke and the developers seem like white powder corona fiends more than zoomers who know how to get work done.
