Waste of Time
I have never been able to connect any widescan to a device. The pairing process simply does not work. Stop pushing this app so much if you’re not going to improve it.

Awful
This app is more most not user friendly app I have used in a long time. Trying to do anything with this app makes me want to pull what little hair I have left out
Registration
App dose not allow users to register for accessing the app. App dose not recognize phone number during registration

Just have to read the manual
Simply google “LZR WIDESCAN Bluetooth”. Your search will give you a 3 page, step by step, instruction manual for proper registration.
