لايوجد اي التزام من الشركه في المواعيد الي يختارها العميل
قطع غيار للثلاجة
للأسف تجربة سيئة جداً وغير احترافية. تم التواصل معكم لتوفير بديل للدرج وليس لدفع 180 ريالاً مقابل 'فحص نظر' وإخباري بأن الموديل قديم! كلنا نعرف نفحص، والحجز كان بهدف الحل وليس المعاينة فقط. سأقوم بالتواصل مع الوكالة وإذا تبين أن القطعة متوفرة فهذا يعني أن هدفكم الوحيد كان تحصيل المال وليس خدمة العميل. المحل الذي يقدم المادة على الخدمة والصدق مع العميل لن ينجح أبداً

تم حجز موعد من اسبوع تقريباً !! وقبل الموعد بنصف ساعه يتصلون ويقولون بأنه لا يستطيعون الحضور . بدون اي تعويض للزبون .
Terrible customer experience
I booked a service and confirmed the appointment multiple times on the same day, including sharing the location, building photos, and unit details. My scheduled appointment was at 4:50 PM. At 4:11 PM, I received a single call from an unrecognized number—not the company’s official line. As I often receive calls during work hours, I didn’t answer.
At 6:00 PM, I contacted the company to ask why no one had shown up. I was told it was my fault because the maintenance team called and I didn’t answer. I asked if they had tried to call again or at least sent a message—neither was done. They simply called once, 40 minutes before the scheduled time, and decided to cancel the appointment when I didn’t answer. No follow-up, no message—just silence.
To compare, I tried another company for HVAC cleaning. Their technician confirmed the appointment on WhatsApp in advance. I saved his number, and when he called me while on the way, i couldn’t answer as i was in a meeting. ButI knew it was them, so i was able to whatsapp them!!!!. That’s how customer service should be handled!
Sadly, the customer service representative from the first company insisted they did nothing wrong. It’s disappointing to see such a poor understanding of basic customer care. We still have a long way to go when it comes to delivering reliable service and accountability. I won’t be using this company again.

عدم التزام بالمواعيد
حجزت موعد منذ أكثر من ثلاثة أيام والموعد كان اليوم وتم التأكيد وارسال الموقع عن طريق الواتس اب ولكن لم يتم الحضور وعند الاتصال بمركز الاتصال انتظرت ١٢ دقيقة ليتم الرد على اتصالي وبعدها لم يتواصل معي أحد، خدمة سيئة للأسف

طلبت منهم خدمة اصلاح ثلاجة وجاء الفني وبعدها بيوم كلموني قالو ما نقدر نجيب قطع الغيار مش متوفرة وهم قد دفعوني ٢٠٧ ريال ، بالتطبيق مكتوب صيانة ثلاجة ويوم جت الفاتورة طلعت كشفية. غش عيني عينك
اسعار القطع مبالغ
اول واخر مره اتعامل معهم ، سعر قطع الغيار مبالغ فيها جدا ضعفين سعرها الاصلي لدى الوكيل ، شي غير منطقي وغير مبررر

نصابين ومحتالين يسرقون مننا فلوس ويكذبون ويماطلون ولا يجيبون قطعة الغيار
