Purchased a M365 scooter excited too find out I could use the phone app with it too just be utterly disappointed as it didn’t work and crashes as soon as it connects. Please fix ASAP

Hello! Please please send us more details for the reported problem . Also, remember that the app works with scooters that have firmware up to 1.3.8. If you have firmware above 1.3.8 you cannot get the data from the scooter. There is a way to downgrade your firmware, it takes 5 minutes so, but you have to search on the internet yourself for the procedure. The application will automatically connect to the nearest M365 scooter. Very soon, a new update will be available. Thank you!
