SCAM DISGUISED AS A MATRIMONY APP- threats, not service

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. But since that's not an option, here's your well-deserved ONE.

These executives are polished professionals ONLY until you buy their package. The moment your subscription expires, their tone flips 180° – from "helpful advisors" to downright bullies. They don't guide you. They don't support you. They threaten you into buying again.

No match suggestions. No assistance. Just pure pressure tactics and fear-mongering.

Other matrimony apps actually care about their users – this one only cares about your wallet. They treat you like an ATM, not a person looking for a life partner.

Save your money, your time, and your sanity. STAY AWAY. This app doesn't deserve your trust, your data, or your hard-earned money.

You need to pay to see the name

This is the biggest scam I came across. Just taking the advantage of the seriousness of the matrimonial and a person’s life. You need to pay just to see the name!!! This wasn’t there 4 years back!!! I mean how can we accept the interest without knowing the person’s name to do research and to rethink??????

Dedicated Support That Truly Cares

I initially took the Active Plus assisted service, thinking “how hard can this be?” 😄
Little did I know… finding a life partner today is probably more complex than clearing UPSC!

Honestly, even if Mohanlal himself created a matrimony profile, I’m pretty sure it would still take time. Expectations these days are on another level — society has turned matrimony into a full-time recruitment process with 108 filters 😅

But through all this, my executive Aashraya has been incredibly patient and consistent. She calls every week, shares genuine profile updates, follows up regularly, and actually puts in real effort behind the scenes. Coordinating between families, preferences, expectations, and reality is not an easy job — and she handles it with professionalism and calmness.

Because of the dedicated support and transparency, I’ve renewed my subscription for another year. The process may take time (thanks to modern expectations!), but having someone sincerely working on your side makes a big difference.

No Respect for Users Privacy

I deleted my profile and uninstalled the app because of continuous unwanted calls from their team.

Even after cutting the call three times, they kept calling again and again. If someone disconnects a call, please understand they are busy. This kind of repeated calling shows a lack of professionalism and respect for users’ time and privacy.
