Good Service by Preeja - Active Plus

I had opted for Active Plus Membership and was allotted ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕖𝕛𝕒 as dedicated relationship manager. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕖𝕛𝕒 has always been very supportive, helpful and proactive in delivering the service.

Dedicated Support That Truly Cares

I initially took the Active Plus assisted service, thinking “how hard can this be?” 😄
Little did I know… finding a life partner today is probably more complex than clearing UPSC!

Honestly, even if Mohanlal himself created a matrimony profile, I’m pretty sure it would still take time. Expectations these days are on another level — society has turned matrimony into a full-time recruitment process with 108 filters 😅

But through all this, my executive Aashraya has been incredibly patient and consistent. She calls every week, shares genuine profile updates, follows up regularly, and actually puts in real effort behind the scenes. Coordinating between families, preferences, expectations, and reality is not an easy job — and she handles it with professionalism and calmness.

Because of the dedicated support and transparency, I’ve renewed my subscription for another year. The process may take time (thanks to modern expectations!), but having someone sincerely working on your side makes a big difference.

Appreciate the effort and commitment 👏

Money grabbing people. Hardly any profiles. They just want to grab your money and then make excuses

She did a walk through session for the app during the welcome call , which I felt was really helpful.

The support manager Ms Priya S was very polite and kind to talk to. She took our details / preferences and helped to search & shortlist profiles. She was dedicated to her part of work. She also communicated with interested profiles and gave us the feedback telephonically or through messages/ voice msgs on whatsapp. I am really satisfied with the assistance given by Priya madam. Overall it was very good.

Horrible Waste of Money & Time

This app is a nightmare. It keeps logging users out for no reason, shows the same handful of profiles on repeat, and never delivers anything new. I paid ₹12,000 for their so-called “assisted service” and not a single person from their team bothered to contact me. Totally unprofessional and misleading. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this app.

Poor app development

This app keeps getting logged out on iOS. This issue has been there since last year and still isn’t addressed. It’s very frustrating for the users to log in 3-4 times a day. What is the point of buying the packages if you can’t fix a basic functionality which hampers the user experience. Other iOS users have also reported the same issue.

Waste of time and money

Ridiculous service.As a person who used this app ,the team keeps on bugging to pay for memberships.As soon as I paid ,the same exact time they were bugging me to pay more to upgrade the membership.Ridiculous service,as even though I was provided with a personal manager,I had to remind her frequently to send profiles .Even after membership ends ,they keep on asking to pay more for additional support to upgrade the memberships.All that they care about is the money,but you get no output.Even the suggested profiles by the manager was sometimes not even according to the described preferences.Sometimes they send the same profile with different names,which I had to point out.Just a wastage of money….
That’s why I had to put a review because I don’t want something like this to happen to anyone else.
