Firmware update won’t work
This app works fine for setting up but when it comes to firmware updates it is hard to tell how to update firmware because it just takes you to a zip file. Not sure what to do with that. It should update the firmware through the app. Hope this problem is fixed soon

I tried setting up this device with my Win 10 PC, an Android phone, and my iPad Pro. Nothing works. I somehow got it to work a day ago, but then lost the created (joined) WiFi router. After spending more time than any decent product should need to operate, I’m sending it back to Amazon, with a one star review. Don’t buy!

App and Support tell you different things
Bought the extender and went through the setup process however it didn't work (tried 5 times). Once the setup was complete the LED light continued to flash red. Called support. they had me go online and not use the app but the browser to do the setup. the help desk and web version tells you to do the setup differently. Ultimately help desk couldn't figure it out so now i'm supposed to wait for another level of help to call me.

It’s Simple and Great / RE1200
The app is great and all, can add your macard, simple to check your extender, able to restart or reboot your macard, but as of now there is only one thing that’s weird. What I’m talking about is when you check your firmware to see if there an update. I checked if there was an update and there was one. I clicked to update it but it bring me to a website to download the zip file for it. Have no clue what to do with it. Check websites and videos but there is nothing that says how to update your macard with the zip file. If by any chance, please tell me what to do from there or just change it where it doesn’t bring you to the website and it just updates the device from there.
