Da sollte der Hersteller von einer Premium Marke aber mehr Wert drauflegen. Es ist leider eine echte Katastrophe.

App on iPhone front page control overlay issue, interior lights Dont turn back on !
Working Great
Edit: getting multiple error messages, but the error log only shows 1 error. Some of the errors are to do with shutting down the heater, but the heater is controlled fine. Needs more work for sure. Still like the app though, very useful. Don’t ask me to contact the developers when there web site is not in English. I’m not going to learn a new language to tell you u have a broken app.

Batterien vertauscht?
Seit dem letzten Update 1.18.27 funktioniert die Steuerung des Kühlschranks wieder.
Dafür sind jetzt vermutlich die Batterien vertauscht. Meine Aufbaubatterie zeigt dauernd 100% an und die vom Fahrzeug OK.
In den Details der Fahrzeugbatterie steht diese dann auf 83%.
Weiterhin wäre eine In-App-Feedback Funktion für solche Fehler/Probleme sehr sinnvoll.

Bien mais améliorable
L’organisation des sections est discutable (Accueil est le 3eme élément du menu ?)
Traduction pas terrible parfois (User manual abrégé en U. Man. a été traduit en U. Homme.)
Une intégration avec les shortcuts iOS serait la bienvenue. L’intégration CarPlay aussi comme je l’ai vue mentionnée dans un autre avis.
Mais les boutons fonctionnent bien, je peux allumer éteindre les lumières, changer la puissance du frigo, etc depuis le téléphone tant que je suis à portée Bluetooth.
Je suis content que l’appli existe même si elle est perfectible.

Incorrect battery display after update
Battery display on panel is now showing 55 percent all the time after the most recent update lots of other people are suffering with the same issue. Can an update be done to rectify this please?
No light and heating control possible since Update 20.12.25

Whale Boiler geht auf Error
Fehlerbeschreibung:
Der Whale Gasboiler läuft normal, solange die App nicht geöffnet wird.
• Sobald die „Mach by Adria“-App geöffnet wird, schaltet sich der Whale Boiler sofort ab.
• Der Boiler verliert dabei offensichtlich die 12-V-Freigabe, obwohl:
• keine Abschaltung am Bedienpanel erfolgt
• kein Gasfehler vorliegt
• keine technische Kopplung zwischen Webasto und Whale besteht
• Der Fehler tritt ausschließlich beim Öffnen der App auf und ist jederzeit reproduzierbar.

Keine Funktion mit LTE
Habe mir eine SIM Karte zugelegt für monatliche Gebühr aber diese App funktioniert kein bisschen .
Ich bin sehr verärgert darüber und kann nur jeden empfehlen keine SIM Karte zu benutzen da es nicht funktionieren wird.

Leider findet die App zu meinem Fahrzeug 640 SGX von 2025 noch immer keine Anleitungen.

Pourrait être mieux. (Bug)L’application consomme énormément la batterie du téléphone lorsque l’appli reste active en arrière plan.
Rendre l’appli compatible Car Play serait un plus pour contrôler son véhicule ainsi que pour voir le niveau à bulle depuis l’écran de l’autoradio

Webasto panel standby permanently on after last update!
Does not turn interior lights back on via app! Only off works did early on. Regular glitches in system, needs addressing more swiftly than you do please.

Absolutely pathetic app
Having spent £140k on a top of the range motorhome I would expect the app to actually work! It does not connect, it is not really remote you have to be within Bluetooth range, it does not even find the vehicle if you are leaning against it! Not fit for purpose and I am really not impressed at all. This sort of failure puts you off the entire brand. Please sort it out asap! The data for the motorhome is not correct, the vehicle data is also haphazardly erratic. It is high time this app was overhauled and worked properly.
I am not impressed with this service or indeed the lack of accurate relevant information from the brand. £140k and this is what you offer? should be sacking the app developer and finding a capable replacement asap!

Ab und zu funktioniert es
Die bedienoberfläche ist grandios gut! Aber die Verbindung sowohl LTE als auch Bluetooth ist katastrophal und nicht zuverlässig! Ab und zu funktioniert die Verbindung! Wenn ich den Zugriff tatsächlich brauche, dann funktioniert er mit Sicherheit nicht! Echt traurig!!!
