Just to slow of a process to be practical to be honest. It’s just not fast enough or reliable enough or automatic enough. I paid for it, but I found choosing big but easy to type passwords is much faster even than the finger tap login

App does not work correctly. It doesn’t lock or unlock the mac with distance or with commands on app. I want my money back or an app that works.

Apple unfortunately refused to refund this purchase. But this app never worked regardless of OSX version and MacBook Pro. I can lock the macbook but unlock never worked. I tried 3 different laptops, 3 different mobiles and 4 different OSX. Just waste of money.
No longer works
Was a great app and still locks my mbp on command but unlocking with Face ID does nothing.
Locking works. But not unlocking
I recently purchased it to lock and unlock MacBook Pro 2018. After pairing the locking works. But it fails to unlock. Nothing happens when I tap unlock. Please fix the issue
The app will not unlock my Mac
I bought this in order to use Touch ID on my 2012 MacBook Pro, but it will not work to unlock my device. It will, however, take it out of sleep mode. I would like my money back.
Good little app
Ive had this app for a few years now and like it for what it does. I like to be able to get onto my computer quickly but still have some security (password) on. I love that auto locks and opens when i get within a certain range of it.
What would make it better is that, when i am away from the mac for too long, the mac sometimes forgets my phone is connected and i have to manually login which can be a pain at times.

Not not work, avoid it
This tool does not work, it locks the Mac but will not unlock. I followed all troubleshooting and nothing, just will not unlock. Save wasting your money and avoid it.

It doesn’t work right now. When I unlock my MAC, it makes my Mac stuck on the black screensaver. And only thing I can do is to restart my Mac. Try multiple times.

After update stopped working
I updated my Mac to MacOS Mojave and my iPhone to iOS 12 and it stopped working... it does not unlock my phone. The tap to unlock only works to lock and not unlock :(
