Thank you for reporting this issue, and sorry for the inconvenience. The permission screen layout bug has been fixed in the newly released version 1.8.1. Please update to the latest version and give it another try. And thanks for helping improve Macro Lens!

数あるマクロカメラ、拡大鏡アプリで1番良かった
しかしこのマクロカメラアプリは、ライトのオンオフやオートフォーカス機能も使えて、物体に近付けて撮ったときも画質がかなり鮮明に撮れるので仕事で使うときに重宝しています。
このクオリティーで無料なのに、レビューや評価も全然ないのが信じられないくらい素晴らしいアプリです。
あと一つだけバグを発見しました。ライト付けたままアプリを閉じるとアプリに戻ったときにライトのボタンが効かなくなります。アプリをシャットダウンして再起動すると直りました。
