The MacroWorks Nutrition app is an all in 1 health and fitness tracking app. The app is used by MacroWorks clients to track their food and drinks with MacroWorks' extensive database, their body measurements (weight, waist, arms legs, etc), their exercise and more so that MacroWorks nutrition coaches can provide extensive and personalized feedback using the power of information and communication! This logged information will be used to guide clients toward their personal health and fitness goals! We collect and organize tons of data for self awareness and growth purposes! Things that get measured and tracked, get improved!
