This is the one!
If you are looking for a digital way to capture and share team stats, this is your app. I tried out many others, and they were either individual-centric or just not easy to use or understand. The app is designed to capture every stat, we use about 80% of what it can do. We were successful the first game we used it, and by the end of the weekend we were pros. *the developer support is outstanding, he added a core feature that I needed in his next build, but with that tweak it is perfect. “This is exactly what we needed” to quote the head coach, who can pull up live stats on the bench during the game (faceoff % and +/-) to make adjustments. This is the app stat volunteers are looking for!

Exactly what the hockey family needs!
As we were coming into our travel season, a number of families were wanting to know how to keep up to date with their hockey players. Mad Puck does that. Keeping the family in touch with what is going on with the game, giving details about how much time is left, and the nitty gritty deep down details too!
Stat tracking is great as long as you have a team of people inputting the information… while it might be a little overwhelming at first, you can pick it up pretty easily!
Overall, this has been a great app, and I’m happy to have stumbled upon it!

Thanks so much for the awesome review! We’re thrilled to hear Mad Puck is helping your hockey family stay connected and enjoy the game even more. You nailed it — stat tracking really shines when the whole team pitches in, and we’re glad you’ve found it easy to pick up. Thanks again for being part of the Mad Puck community!
Good but can be better
The app is great and allows us to sync the schedule from our local association. Lots of features. The one missing feature is to allow us to track availability of coaching staff for games / practices. Currently we can only track players.

Thank you for the review James. You can track coaching attendance (and more) using event assignments feature which is available on the premium teams package. Feel free to reach out to info@madpuck.com for more info or feedback.
