It’s alright

The player and unit customization is amazing and one of the best of any mobile game I’ve played. The style, art and music of this game has a lot of charm. In fact I am surprised by the fact a mobile game like this even has this much quality. I also appreciate how fast the gameplay is.

Unfortunately the gameplay is very repetitive and gets boring. It’s a shame because auto battler games have a lot of potential, unfortunately that potential goes unused in this game at least compared to other more interactive games like battle cats or limbus company. Your characters stand there and do nothing but shoot projectiles while you wait for a bar to fill up to deal more damage and occasionally upgrade your units. There is also a lack of unit customization which makes every unit feel like stat sticks. There is equipment in this game but the process to it is very tedious and unrewarding. You need to get gems and boxes from levels which is already tedious enough, then you need to grind more just in case because equipment manufacturing is luck based so there is a chance to lose out on resources for nothing. Even if you do get equipment it’s most likely going to be 3% damage or something equally worthless. Even weirder is that equipment is permanently locked on one character so you can’t even experiment with the game without sinking a lot of resource.

Response from developer

I'm so sorry that I didn't give you enough pleasure. [Made in Age!] fostered a variety of characters with simple manipulation and induced them to experience growth through period stages. However, there are still many shortcomings, so it seems that the intended fun has not been delivered well. We will review the parts you mentioned and make a improvement to make it a game that can provide interesting and lasting motivation. Thank you for playing!
