NOTES AND REFLECTIONS
Keep private Quick Notes alongside classes and sessions, with handwriting on iPad. Record what you taught, revisit lesson reflections and export your personal teaching record for a selected date range. Manual reflection registration is available to Free accounts.
CLASSES AND TIMETABLE
Keep sessions, rooms, assessments and preparation together for every class. Build your week by hand, or import a calendar file, PDF or timetable photo. Imported information stays a draft until you confirm it. Your private notes and loose ends stay yours even when a class is shared.

Pro adds deeper planning tools:
• Pro Planner: build modular lesson plans, copy them between classes, organise delivery order and record completed teaching.
• Program Register: upload a Word teaching program you are authorised to use, review its sequence, connect it to your lessons and export a registered PDF or Word copy.
• Shared classes: invite colleagues to coordinate shared loose ends, assessments and notes. Invitees only need an account; collaboration stays active while an owner or co-teacher sponsors the class with Pro. Shared classes are invitation-only and include reporting and blocking.
• Smart Capture and Pro assist: optional AI help to structure a rough task or draft lesson sections from your description.
OPTIONAL AI
AI features stay off until you agree to them. The app explains what is sent before the first request, and you can withdraw consent. Review every suggestion before saving it. Made to Teach is not a student record system; avoid unnecessary student-identifying information.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Plan on your device without an account, or sign in for cross-device sync and cloud features. Saved planner versions help you recover earlier work. Deleting your cloud account in the app removes the cloud identity and copy while keeping the device planner local.
SUBSCRIPTION
Pro is available monthly or annually, with a 14-day free trial for eligible Apple Accounts. Current pricing, renewal terms and Restore or check purchases appear before purchase. Manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Deleting a Made to Teach account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
