No map and stops are sorted alphabetically

There are some very easy changes that would make this much easier to use. If the route pages let you see a map of the route, even just a static page, you would have some idea of how all the stops were situated. It is also baffling that the stop lists are sorted alphabetically, rather than by their eastbound/westbound order. I spent fifteen minutes trying to figure out nearby stops because I assumed it was based on route order. The numbering makes this even more confusing, because there’s no conceivable reason why I would need to know that a stop is 20th alphabetically or whatever. The numbers could instead show the stop numbers listed at the bus stops. I understand that live/interactive pages are a much bigger jump in functionality, but these small changes (link to map and sorting by route order) would make the app much more interpretable for new users.

Useless

There’s no point to a bus tracker app that doesn’t have a map to track the buses. Whatever Metro paid for this, it was way too much.

Bad. No map. Confusing route. Doesn’t make sense

As a bus tracker app you’d think it would be easy to use. You think it would show you a map and say here’s where the bus is. Nope. No map at all. Shows about 50 different routs and doesn’t explain or show where any of those routs go. Then you try to enter your destination and it says that that location does not exist. I don’t understand how you can have a bus tracker without a map and with no direction how to use the app
