What happened?

This app can be great and still is frankly, but recently it has been HORRIBLE at being accurate to when some buses are coming. Blatantly lying by claiming that the 14 is coming later than it is. It’s dumb, and needs to be fixed because I can’t stop being late to work.

Bus line

I glad we can track our buses and catch the bus one after the other once we get to the next stop the next bus is coming. I love it.

What happened?

This app can be great and still is frankly, but recently it has been HORRIBLE at being accurate to when some buses are coming. Blatantly lying by claiming that the 14 doesn’t have any times available when it absolutely does. It’s dumb, and needs to be fixed because I can’t stop being late to work and having to pay for an Uber >:/

unreliable and frustrating

literally does not serve its purpose at all half the time the app will not load the bus times

30 Line busses do not always show

When the app works it’s great. But there’s many times when a bus (specifically on route 30) will be operating but not showing on the app. At first I thought it was a problem with the bus itself, but when I use Google maps the bus will show, so some bug is preventing certain busses from showing on the MCTS app.
