Never works
The app has not worked since day 1. I’ve spent hours on the phone calling to try to get a ticket, no one ever calls me back. I set it up ahead of time and when I try to click the button to leave it doesn’t work and I just have to do an email and paper report anyway. So much extra for nothing and it even refused to pay for my infant’s pediatrician visit stating it was an experimental service!

The people, and the website is excellent
Customer Service Is Disrespectful!
Every time I get on a call with someone they’re rude and disrespectful. Majority of them have bad attitudes. They don’t want to help or do their jobs and it shows. Hire kind people who want to do their jobs instead of people who don’t acknowledge they’re there and just breath on the phone hoping you hang up. Or the ones who give a lame excuse just to get you off the phone. It’s ridiculous! An what’s the point in having a new feature if none of your workers know about the new feature. They don’t seem to know anything and it’s ridiculous! This could be such a good app if adjustments are made.
