Rating issue

Unfortunately the Leave a rating system doesn’t submit or not working. Therefore could not leave service or driver rating. Hope it gets fixed.

Trips

Well they book my trips and have a provider booked then same day as appointment the provider is dropped last minute and they claim they’re looking for another provider but my trip an hour away and you’re trying to find a ride at the time they’re supposed to arrive. I guess I’ll see if my Aug 27 trip gets done the same way!
