Not Accurate, Bad Drivers
It always gives difficult times to get a ride with MTM, specially with drivers not speaking English! Drivers always late to get me to the appointments and also they don’t show up at the return picking up, I always have to call to find me a driver back home though I already scheduled the return ride days before the trip date. Drivers are not following road rules, playing loud Spanish or whatever music, jumping on the streets instead of driving, and worst of all is that the app doesn’t allow me to rate the trips, so, they don’t really know what’s going on, Lyft and Taxi drivers with 777-7777 are always the worst, no exceptions, always late and horrible drivers! Cars smell like public dirty bathrooms!
Update: I’m supposed to be picked up at 4:30 PM, no notifications received, and my time is up to be picked up, I called and they informed me that my driver is 41 minutes away!!! So, one hour late schedule?!!!! Really that’s unbelievable and drivers should be aware of time! I’ve reached my appointment very late because the driver was 30 minutes late, and clinic closed in the middle of my session, and returning is one hour late!!! Whose fault is that? Why no one cares about customers time and schedules and why drivers in other states should pick me up if they are one hour far! This is very frustrating, annoying and disturbing and very disrespectful of system and drivers as well! Work on it please!
