Every time I try to schedule anything it never works!! The app needs help!!!

Update prevents login
New implementation of captcha verification is preventing users from logging into the app or on the website. All troubleshooting methods have been initiated multiple times and MTM Has no information and cannot help. This has affected me greatly over the last three days and counting.

I can’t schedule any specialist appointments.
This is an inconvenience as most of my doctors appointments are specialty appointments. Please correct this, what is the point of having this transportation service for appointments if I can’t use it to schedule for all my appointments.

What was once a heaven-sent app for connivence is now a GIANT HEADACHE. It. Does. Not. Work.
They have not fixed it yet and there was no information given to members as to way. Super disappointing as it worked fine before and scheduling rides with people on the phone often leads to miscommunication and I often find trip details completely wrong or not put into system. Please someone read this and fix the app. I will speak to state representatives/state senators if need be.

Not reliable
I had to reschedule my neurologist appointment 3 time due to not having a driver or MTM making duplicate trips so no driver will be assigned and now my neurologist said they have to contact my PCP to assign me to a new neurologist due to rescheduling so much. Thanks a lot MTM, Doing great at being horrible.

Unable to claim in app
What’s the point of the app if I can’t even do the mileage reimbursement. Why would my insurance tell to sign up for this pointless service.

Not receiving rides and tracking information
Not receiving rides through Lyft even though rides have been scheduled. We need to call each and every time to schedule return rides.

Gives wrong address
So I decided to try this app, 🤦🏾♀️😡 I signed up, no problem. I go to enter my pick from, I have put in my address 3x’s and when I tap on my address, it still shows. Different address in the pick up box. I know my address and I know to tap on the check ✅ and still it shows a different address. I still had to call in?!?!?😡 there is no technical support number to call. It’s a wasted time for me

App hasn’t worked in months and the update didn’t help. I try to log in and it stays on the same page asking if I’m a robot. Then when you call you can’t even verify that it’s scheduled or that it didn’t somehow get canceled because they do that also. Very helpful when working but super frustrating when not.

Worst Ride Service Ever
MTM is the worst ride service I have ever had to use. This is the only option I have for getting back and forth to my IOP appointments, and it takes up my entire day even though my classes are only 3 hours long. The drivers either show up 2 hours early, or cancel the trip without even showing up or calling. And to get back home, they leave me waiting for hours just for a 15 minute drive back home. My rides are somehow constantly being canceled and delayed, and I’m left waiting around for hours and wasting most of my day 5 days a week.

App has a glitch
I have already deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my iPhone,enabled background refresh, and checked location services. The app still does not appear under iPhone location settings and the “I’m Here/ I’m Leaving” buttons are not functioning. This appears to be an app side issue rather than a phone setting issue. PLEASE escalate this to technical support!!

I do not have a car and battling cancer I have so many appointments without this service I don’t know what I’d do. Drivers have been very kind

Poor app
I miss the old app I used to use for transportation Acess too care through Medicaid , I could scheduled rides every week. I haven't been able to schedule one in 2 months . Worthless app

I have a problem scheduling a ride for my son who is below 18 years old. It keeps giving me a minor member alert.
