Slow!
The uploads - emails to contact through the app are freezing, taking extremely long, etc. This is not an issue for any of my other apps except this one.
Latest Update
The latest update is terrible. Why would you remove the available balance feature? I should be able to log in and know exactly how much is there. One star to whoever thought this would be a good idea.
Horrible experience
Keeps prompting for security questions and answers even if using faceID. Doesn’t remember device or browser. Also can’t add external bank accounts for making deposits into hsa. Thinking of closing this hsa altogether and doing something different because of how bad this experience has been.
Crooks
The App works fine but the company managing the FSA dollars is corrupt! Ask your organization to find a new company to manage your account! These crooks refuse ANY service payment/s, all “itemized” receipts, and aren’t even aware of their own documents detailing services covered! AVOID this “benefit” wherever offered! Get them out of the industry!!

I have navigated this app for 30 minutes and still cannot find a contact phone number. Why isn’t this available on this app? Very frustrating.
Use iPhone Mail for now (not through mSAVE email)
Almost there. When attempting to contact mSAVE from within their mSAVE app, it hangs once you submit the email (from within their app).
Works fine when submitting using iPhone Mail app.

Recommendations
At the time of a charge to the card, my suggestion is to add the ability to attach the receipt immediately. Currently the user has to wait a couple of days for someone to allow for attaching receipts or supporting documentation. Make the feature immediate.
Always freezing
This app seems to be not working more than it does work. When it does it freezes a lot.
Way too any steps to do simple tasks.

Costs. Company constantly oversteps by denying charges, then expects clients to do their work, figure out what is wrong, and correct it to their liking. This is our/my money, they do not have the right to deny my payments. Just to add a receipt it takes 6,7,8 steps. Total waste of time.
I will tell everyone I know to avoid this company, and I will not be using them

Not user friendly at all! You cannot update your profile on a smart phone! Must be done through google chrome on a PC.
Terrible Functionality Will Result In Denied Claims
When adding an expense, it will only allow to to select one day which will only work for one-off dependent care expenses. Have multiple days of expenses and documentation to back it up? DENIED since dates won’t match. This app is now worthless. Don’t bother.
Terrible company
This company is terrible to deal with. None of the other companies I have dealt with like this are such a pain to deal with. It takes days from the date of transactions to be able to upload a receipt.

Must have been some updates that this app was working well and now you can’t even log in anymore. I know for a fact it’s not me since when I use my log in on the actual website it actually works!
Works when it wants to
The app is inconsistent. There are days when it works and there are days when it doesn’t. I tried checking my connection and password to make sure I was logged in correctly and that was not the case. Works best when accessed via website on desktop than app.

This does not connect Heath care to HSA account.

Company run by a four year old
Occasionally ask for receipt means they will ask all the time. Last time 3 out of 4 charges need receipts . Sends out emails three business days after receipts are entered in app.
App isn’t working
I love the app (iPhone) but it hasn’t worked the past several days. My login credentials are up to date and I’m able to get online without using the app.
Force closing on app
On the mSAVE app... my new XR iPhone isn’t allowing my to use the app... it auto force closes when I am trying to sign in... it worked fine when I had my iPhone 7... but I just recently upgraded to new XR iPhone...please get an upgrade for this app..!!!
Horrible App
The app functions no better than the company itself.
Can’t save receipts for future claims/requests. Switch apps to lookup something and this app logs you out!!!! Very slow to no response when you tap anything.

Not Impressed
The app is very glitchy and often times won’t open because of errors. You cannot select more than one image/receipt at a time. Often times after I have uploaded receipts the transaction still shows denied or as needing documentation, it appears that the staff do not check the transactions regularly to see what has been added.
