I’ve tried for several days app says the same problem with server error. It won’t even let me open the darn application
Horrible
No point on having this app their system is always down honestly worst system ever cant make make payments unless ur waiting for an hour or more on the phone to make payments thru phone since their app never works
Fraudulent
The app is horrible and the company is even worse ! Bad customer service skills , whenever you try to speak on a problem that say they aren’t going to argue with you and never try to find a way to help with your problem or problems on the app They only want their money .
Login needs improvement
What is the point of having an account number AND a user name? Login screen needs improvement and to be updated with fingerprint compatibility. MAF has a really bad electronic system overall.
