MAG8000 GSM/GPRS Module Toolkit

MAG8000 GSM/GPRS module Toolkit is designed for the configuration of Siemens MAG8000 GSM/GPRS module, i.e. the apps will compose the SMS command according to the user's selection and send it to the target GSM/GPRS module. With this apps, you can easily commission the target module without memorizing the complex syntax of SMS commands and parameters. All the SMS commands defined in MAG8000 GSM/GPRS module Operating Instructions are well supported. 5 menus are provided for GSM/GPRS module configuration: BASIC menu - the setting of SMSC, APN, SMS receivers, white list etc. Please note that only the white-listed phone numbers can configure the module once it is set. It is recommended to configure the white list at the end of configuration. EMAIL menu - the setting of GSM/GPRS module mailbox (SMTP server, user name and password), customer maillist. TIMING menu - the setting of GSM/GPRS sampling rate from MAG8000 device (1 minute to 255 hours), email transmission intervals (1 hour to 1 month), and sampling synchronization time (00:00 to 23:59). ALARM menu - the setting of alarm handling in GSM/GPRS module MISC menu - miscellaneous settings and commands, e.g. change PIN code of the SIM card in GSM/GPRS module, retrieve the current configuration from GSM/GPRS module, get the current battery capacity, get current measurement values, reset alarms, clear white list, etc.
