Gift Card Payments
Every time I gift card, the app tries to split the payment. If I use 2 $50 gift cards, the app splits the amount evenly instead of taking 1 gift card to $0. This means I have 2 gift cards to keep instead of one. Even worse, is an $80 purchase with a $50 gift card and credit card. It splits $50 on each instead of using the full gift card. Then when I have an $80 charge with the $10 gift card and a credit card, the app believes $10 is not large enough to split evenly so the full charge goes to my credit card. It has failed 3 times to use the remaining balance on my gift card. This is even after it shows it reduced the amount remaining by the $10 gift card balance.

Deceptive
Maggianos promotes a $10 coupon for adding the app but the app doesn’t give an option to redeem the coupon. They offer curbside pickup but the app doesn’t give the option for curbside number notifications so you have to go in.
Deceptive marketing. Brinker used to be better than that. Did you guys sell out too?

Does not do many things it should
Does not check amount of gift card correctly. Just gives an error. Cannot add gift cards without ordering something first. Bonus cards can’t be used on the app. All in all, this is app is zero out of the three simple things I attempted to do on it today. Ended up having to call in my order.
APP could not process Brinker/Maggiano’s gift card
My first carry out order using the app. Verified valid gift card was rejected “account closed”.
Incomplete
Clicked on reservations and then had to enter the information already in my profile like name, phone, email. Auto fill please. And please add a comment field on the reservation request.
