Very disappointed in playing matches
I never get the heroes I need and I losing in streak for 5-7-9 and only win the creep round. What were you feel if you were me? I really disappointing to you. When I win 2 or 3 matches, you always make me lose for 3 to 5 in a roll. What’s wrong with you! I am very expected to you. I am feel like I don’t want to play Magic Chess no more. If this happens next time, I will really uninstall both Magic Chess and Mobile Legends Bang Bang. Never play Moonton games forever. You made me very disappointing. I am tried to notice to you 3 times in the last five days.

My sister and I loved this game mode in MLBB. I’m so disappointed that this version is also a downgraded, lesser version of the original, just like the US version of MLBB. Pathetic.

This game helped me and my wife stay active doing our 10k steps while playing!! We enjoy playing and the distraction along side with it making our walk a breeze.

This mode is so fun, please make it avaliable in US region again!!!!
Went to the U.S. and things got weird
Don’t get me wrong the game is fun sometimes, but it went to US then it lost a bunch of modes, gets delayed updates on characters and events, has bugs and glitches you basically can’t report because the button is gone, and don’t even THINK about switching or trying to get your account back. Be careful spending money on this game I bought the last pass before they put in dyrotths skin on the go go pass, and the pass glitched and not only gave me no rewards while I was leveling it up, it didn’t give me skins while it was maxed out and I STILL haven’t been compensated oh right THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE APP !

Can’t Play Anymore
I had to change the region on my phone and reinstall the app and now I can’t play. This is really frustrating and unfair. Magic chess was literally the only thing I used to play back when it was still one game with Mobile Legends. I don’t even know if I would be able to go back to my old account, and I’ve spent a lot of time and money on it. This is really frustrating. Please fix it.
