The game is good I enjoy it but the reason why it isn’t a 5 star is that I have to play mcgg using wifi only. I’ve tried to play it on my phone data and it would not connect and asks to play offline. After a long research and resets I have not come to conclusion on how to fix it so I guess I’ll be playing this game using wifi only.

Only one problem
Awesome game. I started off playing this on androids under google n Facebook accounts. Now that I switched to iPhones, I’m not able to link to the account that I have when using the android. Starts me out as a new user instead of how I left it when playing on the android

make it fair lol, a lot of the gamers can easily upgrade their heroes early like the game barely started and some of them had already upgraded their heroes to 2 or 3 stars? lol!

Frustrating update
Again got hit with this version is not available in your region and can’t update the store too. Started playing after not being able to play for months, now again

Trash and UNBALANCED
I was a dedicated player for years. For some reason outed nowhere, game play has shifted, and now totally unplayable. Thank you for ruining this game.
Account got replaced with a new one
I don’t know what’s going on but my account got replaced with a new one.. it’s really depressing when you spent all that money on chessboards and skins just for them to all be disappeared..
My friend’s account is working fine but I don’t know what is going on with mine.. “ the error thing keep popping up”

this game is so unfair
This game is trash. I hope the game company goes out of business soon.
This game is way too rigged. You win one match easily on, and then you lose 7 or 8 in a row. Losing stars is as easy as drinking water, but gaining even one star is a huge struggle-they’re even stingy with giving out a single star. I hope this game company goes out of business soon.
Bots and trash
This game is mainly bots that join and are way over powered. When you can have 6/6 hero’s You’ll see 3 orange hero’s and 3 purple hero’s in their line ups and nothing else. It’s rigged and not fun, especially after reaching mythic league when the over powered bots are introduced. Way to kill off your playing fan base. Do not purchase anything on this game.

Scam Game
We all should sue this company to get back our refund
They obviously don’t care.
I loved this game a great deal, but I cannot log in to my account as of today. I launched the game, and it started up as if I were a new user. I have so much time put into this game and would like to put more in, but not without my account that I’ve already put effort into.
Edit months later: I still haven’t received any update on fixing this problem. I have emailed all of the emails associated when you click on app support, and have received radio silence. I’d wish I could say that this had all been resolved because the company is great, however, they can’t seem to be bothered to assist customers in general. Going to be deleting.
Edit a few more months later: The update it had has not helped the issue, even though they actually added a login menu. Anytime I try to log into my account it tells me I’m “sending verification codes too quickly.” I'm now convinced that my account is gone as well as all my commander and everything else I had unlocked. Don't waste your time on this game, it's a POS, and whatever they call a “support team” is the same. Go play auto chess, I guarantee less strife than what you'd find here.
