Hello! We are so sorry you are experiencing this issue! Can you try screen recording it and sending it our way? You can send it to support@selfiemade.com That way we can assist you better. If you go into your phone settings --> control center --> customize controls --> add screen recording. Then you open up the control center (by swiping up on your phone) and you should see the recording button. Thank you so much for your help!
