When I was growing up, it helped me with the letters and that is good because now I’m good at spelling

I am trying to write the “family” Chinese letter and I’m doing it the right way but the colors change for no reason. Nice app though!

It’s just a blank page
I just signed up for abcmouse and tried to use the traceable program but it’s just a blank page. I have an iPhone 13 Pro
Does not work
This app out of all the bundle, doesn’t work. It opens up to a white page and doesn’t do anything else.
App isn’t centered
I can’t get this app to work and it’s the one we want to use the most. It’s not centered!
Is Not Centered
Trying to teach my toddler to write thier name in Thai app is awful! The name Traceables are NOT in the middle of the screen. It cuts old half of the letter or more than half of the letter! My child is trying to only trace half the letter, in turn teaching her to write INCORRECTLY. I’m very disappointed in abc mouse for this type of mistake in “teaching” to write! It really needs to be fixed!

The bundle of apps not all working
The app is not in the middle of the screen! All other abc mouse are but this particular in the bundle that I really need and the reason I our shared the app is not working properly! Might have to discontinue before I’m charged. Very sad, I was super excited for my daughter to try this app.

Having trouble
When my child was tracing cursive words the app would get stuck and not allow him to go to the next word. Do you know why? The app is good but having trouble with it.
Doesn’t work
This app currently doesn’t work.
Terrible
The app won’t even upload it’s stuck on the screen asking for childs information and it’s on a piece of my phone screen so I can’t press anything.
