No good
After I downloaded no trial. Asking me to pay to use this remote how I know if this remote working or not. What’s point of downloading when you have to pay, at least give trial to see if working.

Is it two bucks every month for the app or just pay 2 dollar once ?
Very bad remote
Initially is not not bad like now it is. After new upgrade it’s been worse. So don’t waste money. There are so many free remote in the App Store which is way better than this.
If is to pay at least shall do the job
1- Every time one leave the app it looses connection and need to search for device.

Poor interface
Olde version was better , offered many interface. Newer one only one.
Developer changed the app without notification
I hv had the app and using it for over 2 years and one find day the app updated and now asking for 2.99$, they need to fix the old customers who were using it vs new ones
keeps disconnecting
first of all, it keeps on searching. thn u click on cant find, than u go find manually. its finds once. connects. But when ur phone is locked screen, it disconnects and cant find it again. u have to search again to reconnect.

Stopped working
The app has stopped working. Not sure due to some changes or some other reasons
update ruined my life
the update makes the remote load for ten seconds, tells me no connected devices, forcing me search for devices for ten second, finally showing me my device, and waiting for it to load for another ten second, just for me press pause. this happens every time i have to use the remote! mind you, i paid for this.

Not better, stripped down now and costs.
The current V.2.04 does not resemble the remote selections pictured anymore, and what they give you lacks a pause button - which is very basic.
And they charge you for this stripped down version too. Not good.

No power Button
App is working good but there is no power button there. It shows power button on the images but I don’t see it.

The downloaded app does not give you any option to try out any control on the remote except the arrows (right, left, up, down)! Why would I pay you anything if I don’t know if the remote will work at all?!!

Doesn’t connect since the recent update
Can’t connect the remote app since the new update, it takes long time to load and sometimes even can’t be found, even it is on the same network

Hi, we apologies for this inconvenience. This was due to the fact that starting IOS 16 the protocol we used to control STB is not anymore by default working. However, version 1.9 is currently on review and should be available soon and fixing this issue.
Not worth it
I paid for the app and the old version was working great. Since the update, the app doesn’t work at all waste of money.

Download, entered the one time secret PIN code from tv screen and now works perfectly from anywhere in my house, as long as I’m on the same wifi.
Now I can stream my mag to any tv with my wireless hdmi and change channels from my phone. Good job developers!!

Update broke everything
It looks nicer, but it simply won't connect! I have no other way to press the colored buttons too control my STB
