Here’s the suggestion that you could do to make the game better. could you put a tutorial in there so in case the player does not want a tutorial they can. because telling a player how to do every teeny tiny little step and then over and over and over again makes the player not want to play the game and give you guys bad reviews so could you please make it to the player has a choice to be told how to play this game thank you.

Good until…
This game is fun. Unfortunately it keeps freezing in the little animal side event right when the guy is trying to teach you how to exchange the adult animals for other baby animals. I even uninstalled the game lost all of my progress and started over thinking surely it wouldn’t happen again or they would fix the bug. Nope. Same thing, same place. And it just reopens the app to the exact same place if I try to restart it. Definitely not worth starting over a third time from the beginning. Maybe if you never go into the side events you won’t have the freezing problems.

Payment
Give ppl what they pay for! You order something and it says purchase all set then it kicks you out of the game, won’t let you back in until 2 hours later and then you didn’t get what you purchased. We usually call that theft. I refuse to play a game that steals from the players.
App freezes up
The games ok but app freezes. So if spend any money whatever it is you purchased you won’t get and they’ll deny you a refund. It’s better to be safe than sorry. I just deleted the app because they denied my refund. There’s so many games just like this one and some that are better. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

App won’t open
App keeps messing up and I just paid for students island and it’s acting up. It didn’t unlock the small students island? I want to play this game but I don’t want to just give my money away either! I hope this gets fixed. I’ve emailed you a couple times today but haven’t gotten a response?why don’t anyone respond to someone’s problem when there’s issues on your end. I enjoy this game I want to spend more money but I can’t and won’t until this first transaction is addressed.

Frozen game
I actually really like this game. But it froze during the mini game the first time I played, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it says no internet no matter what I try. I really don’t want to uninstall and reinstall again and have to start all over again!! Please fix!
Issue with sychronization
Have played this game for a while now and the
ast few weeks, my game is struggling and keep getting a message on screen network error, i have no issues with my internet, wifi, non of my other games are having difficulties, doesent seem to be any support available for the game, thinking of deleting as cant keep trying to play like this uts very annoying, which is sad as really enjoying thi# game.

Problems!! To bad.
It freezes always when new events take place it’s a nice enjoyable game until this happens and money is not a option as far as playing the game because I have none and certainly not for a game that just keeps freezing. Please fix it so we can all enjoy this game as I’m sure you intended. Thanks

Game frozen
Playing mini game and it froze 4 days ago and is still frozen. Keeps reloading to same page. Fun game but I will have to delete if it stays frozen. Please fix. Thanks
It was fun
This was a fun game me and another were playing it until the dragon event started then the game froze. Exit out of the game and go back in and it went to the same spot hand in the item can’t touch anything else and then frozen. Uninstall the game and reinstall it did not work it froze when I signed back into the game and when I came back it took me right back to the same spot hand over the item and freeze I’m done I uninstalled it.

Game is stuck on the dragon game
I can’t seem to exit the dragon game , it’s stuck and won’t let you do anything , please sort this please as I don’t want delete it and start all over again, I’ve been playing this game for quite a long time. By the looks of the other reviews they are having the same issue.

I use to love this game, now it’s froze on one spot and won’t let me go on.
Annoyed and sad
I love this game but being stuck now for the 6th time on the lost dragon world I really do not want to have to restart the game again. Have messaged support but no reply which leaves you feeling like no one cares. Please get the game sorted and send out the fix in an update so I can keep the game that I was really enjoying

I am on the event game and is stuck it won’t let me change with the man character I have came out of the game a few times and reload the game and still won’t exchange with the character for the prize
Five Star Game that is Out of Order
Great merge gameplay but soooo buggy. Constant sync issues. Special stages have multiple bugs that make the game all but unplayable. Please fix & I’ll adjust my rating.

Really enjoy playing this game! Unfortunately at the moment my game is stuck on a mushroom area (think it’s an event) when I go to exchange with the man it doesn’t do anything and I can’t click on anything else and I’ve closed the game and reopened several times I can’t get off it to go back to the home area which is sad as I want to keep playing but I can’t.

Magical School Merge
When leaving the main page to go to the little man and the mushrooms the game freezes and we can’t get back to the main screen. We touched the man to get an exchange but nothing happens Please fix it It still hasn’t been fixed. Every time you start the game over it does the thing and freezes the page and you can’t go any further. Pity as it could have been a good game

Buggy
Nice game and I was having fun. Very similar to another game I won’t name where I’m at level gazillion, but still unique and novel enough for me to look forward to collecting the cute animals, you had me at unicorns, and discover new characters and all.
However, since day 1 of the latest event, it’s frozen. Like ice cube, frozen! So I’m stuck on « hey, you got mushroom, I can exchange it for you » and then a big flat nothing. Frozen solid and no-thing-works. I have a brand new iPad so it’s definitely not me, it’s totally you. 1 star for = I cannot play
