Horrible service. Do not order from keenlyside.
Do not order from Transcona location especially while using the magic sushi app. The driver did not do his job properly and lied about contacting us. We never received any contact from them.
The Staff was rude and laughed at our frustrations. They belittled our inconveniences and issues that we presented them. They escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it and gave us the runaround. They were condescending. They talked over us and interrupted us instead of actively listening.. They also do not not hold up on all their compensations. When they promised us $30 off our bill for the inconvenience we would expect $30. Instead we got an email crediting us $10.
Consider ordering from the other locations, maybe they’ll actually provide you with proper customer service.
