P2P error
Now that I updated my iphone the app stopped working. Keep getting error messages. Can this be resolved please
Bug with Cellular viewing
After sudden outage( according to installer, it was some sort of back up? Or update?), I can’t connect it anymore unless it is on wifi. It was ok before that happened.
Please fix!

THE WORST
This is by far without question the worst system out there. Impossible to playback. Interface is unlike anything I’ve seen from a security system. Garbage.
Horrible interface
Difficult to scan videos, control bar disappears quickly and difficult to bring back up, still captures are hit and miss to correct timing, very frustrating tedious software

Ever since they did the latest update, it’s been impossible to load the footage. Pls fix!!

The app has never worked well for my business. Trying to get a simple playback is like pulling teeth. It takes for ever to load, and then it’s choppy, it lags, and crashes. Don’t waste your money/time.
Meh. Needs improvement
You’d think as important as an interface is, to drive your product and build a customer base if not profitability — more emphasis and effort would be made to maintain customer satisfaction. The app works, mostly. Is buggy, has to be constantly reloaded, and has an awkward work flow to get from a notification to a why you were notified. I have yet, as a consumer to feel comfortable relying on my system because if it, but considering the longevity of the company, and my electricians recommendation, have hopes more than an expectation that fixes (and satisfaction) are in the works.

The camera was working fine yesterday. Now today I get a “P2P device not connecting.”

App takes too long
The app takes wayyyyyyyyy too long for ANYTHING. Whether I’m just watching or playing back it takes forever for anything. The UI is garbage, and the camera resolution is fucjing trash. Super choppy, waste of money. You will not be satisfied
