SMS NOT WORKING FOR IPHONE
The SMS feature does not work with iPhone. Have spent time on the phone with support, submitted two tickets with no responses. Glad the calling works, but need the texting feature asap to work.
Garbage
I can’t even create an account. I type in my first name and it tells me it can’t contain spaces or dashes etc. it doesn’t contain them!! I’ve had similar issues before but not with my name only!

Tech support is complicated
Im not sure if this is a bug but my text messages are no longer sending. As this is used for work it is been a huge inconvenience as it has happened randomly, and to add I’ve already paid to have access to the number for a while, its unfortunate. Reinstalling causes you to lose messages and it still hasn’t fixed the problem. Hoping to get a resolution/response on here but if I were you it’d make more sense to just pay for an additional number- you’ll at least have access to your messages

I have been extremely impressed and happy with this service and app.
Working great for me!
The app is great. It’s been working for me and receiving one time codes that allow a VoiP number. One thing I wish they could fix is allowing the app to continue to run when the phone is off. If you click your phone off to turn off the screen, the call drops. I wish they could fix that but other than that I’m very pleased.

I have reached out to the company but have yet to hear a reply. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still locks up on the login screen. Is anyone else having issues and if so what did you do? This has been going on for several weeks now.

These clowns have no concept of running a proper voip and text service. Send a few texts to friends of the exact same message and they ban you , how stupid is this ?!?! Try to get them to lift the ban is next to impossible ,customer service is non-existent.

Works well and keen price
Recommended especially using the app which works really well on the iPhone. It’s actually vastly better than the dongle - does anyone need one? - which is fine for me but the app is 100% crystal clear and as good as a regular call.
There is no response
After blocking the Russian replenishment of the store, it is not possible to pay for a subscription and not transfer to another region. Technical support at the plant is not responding to change the account of the payment cloud
