Very laggy app. If you did not have the lotus badge you are waiting in lines and don’t get merch you want
Merchandise store disappointment
My husband got to the venue before it opened, was one of the first in line for the store. Waited 3 hours in line. The TV monitors never updated on what was sold out. 3 hours into the second day most everything was gone. He wasn’t able to buy over half the items. They said to come back the next day for their daily allotment. On the third day the line was even more disappointing. By the first hour most of it was gone. I get not wanting to have leftover merchandise but this was ridiculous. The VIP and specialty groups like Black Lotus should have had their own store with their daily allowance and another for the general public. We live with technology- there should have been an inventory counter will real time updates. It’s possible especially with how large the event was, totally doable.

Badge activation
It’s the night before the convention and I’m still getting plus update app errors come on is it this dumb
Why can’t we fix the easy things
App keeps crashing, didn’t register badge, tried to re-activate badge, error message.
Very Frustrated
The survey question section having a third option that said “do share” immediately after having two options that say “do not” is a problem. I ended up opting to share my contact information when I did not want to because I read it as “do not share”. It is also ridiculous to REQUIRE an app for an event with a badge. What is the point of the badge?

Not able to add youth badges and take college quiz
Cannot add youth accounts and then cannot take college quiz which they ask about daily.
Won’t let me activate my badge
I tried to activate my badge in the app, but it keeps showing a fail message and asking me to try to update the app in the App Store when I just downloaded it.

Did not work at Magic con for ticketed events.
This app is complete horse Dooley. I hope MTG drops this garbage.

Not so User Friendly
While the app ultimately becomes user friendly, it should load the events you’ve already paid for into your schedule as soon as you input your badge information
