I hate this

I have to do this for homework. Also makes me rage bait 😡

FIX YOUR APP

Not very good because I’m trying to type and I can’t see what I’m typing I also try again but the hint isn’t helping a lot.

This app is horrible and is torture for my kids

As an iPad owner, my experience with Magma Math has been disappointing. The Apple Pencil integration is badly implemented, without a key feature to turn off finger input when using the Pencil-leading to incessant accidental marks and frustration.
Besides that, the app also lacks a dark mode currently, which is a basic accessibility and convenience feature in almost every modern app. Extended use of it, especially in settings with low lighting, becomes unnecessarily uncomfortable.
The whole set of tools also appears spartan and underwhelmed. As a math-based platform, the tools presented and presentation are not up to mark. The whole experience from a user perspective overall—on iPad and possibly elsewhere-should receive a proper overhaul and remedying. So yes this app is horrible.

Centering my students’ thinking

Magma math is like a document camera with special powers! I can select the student solutions I want to show - and even play them back so my students can analyze solution strategies and make connections between them.

I LOVE that it gives my students instant feedback, and best of all, it supports my Multi Language Learners by letting them switch back and forth between English and their home language!

I <3 Magma!
