it’s okay but it never fails that when i need to transfer money it will glitch and won’t show any accounts so i can rarely transfer anything ever plz fix 🫰🏻

I use this App often and it is very easy to maneuver around. I like the remote deposit ability as it saves time depositing a check.
The App seems to have glitches when I take pictures of a check to deposit. It has crashed a few times while taking the pictures of the front and back of a check. The App must not shut down when finished, I try to use it and it doesn’t use the facial recognition so I close the app and restart the app and then it works.

Credit union.
I like the credit union because it is close to home. And everyone there is very nice.
E-banking
Overall, I like Magnifi Financial’s digital banking option and I love the new AI service to answer most any question. But I have some other suggestions to make it better.
First, Magnifi should get rid of the old search feature as I have found it to be virtually worthless. I have asked it numerous questions over the years and I have never once gotten any useful answer. All you need is the new “Iris” AI feature.
Second, when I have used the digital transfer feature to another financial institution, the process requires you to enter several pieces of information (source account, target account, amount) and only after that will it tell you that the amount exceeded the limit. The application should just tell you upfront what the parameters are before you waste your time entering information.
