Not receiving emails.
When I start key in my email address, the email address pops up in a bubble due to it being in the phone’s memory. When I tap the bubble so I don’t have to key in the rest of the email it fills in the space. The problem is when I do that I do not receive my email receipt. The only way I receive them is if I manually enter every single letter and number of my email address. That is the only way I will receive my email receipt. This seems like a minor issue that should have been fixed a long time ago. Why is it still happening?

Poor iOS optimization
Newest update makes writing white against a light green backing for damage codes, impossible to read, on iOS devices it doesn’t display the full damage because font is too big. There are no setting or preferences to adjust anything. There must be 0 quality control testing with this app.
Damages sections also cause regular crashing if you spend too long looking in the list (less than 30 seconds usually).

Worst app I have ever used to tow a car
Doesn’t help you learn how to use this app and nothing is easy to find it is the stupidest app I have ever used. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Very slow app
App works very slow hard to pick up a car with this kind of app always asking for install code for logging like 10 times
Needs Improvements
The app overall is so called always improving during update, but some updates are useless. For finish vehicles, the load position with the useless drop down keypad was pointless (Coming from a tablet standpoint).
The signature field needs better coding. All signatures come up as hieroglyphics on paperwork and you wouldn’t be able to tell who actually signed.

App failure
Garbage garbage garbage. Would give negative-5 rating if possible. App constantly freezes up, logs you out, fails to be consistent. Never been the same since changing from vtas application.
Getting Better with Every Update
I’ve been using this app for a while now, and it’s come a long way. You can tell the company is listening to drivers and making improvements based on our feedback. The layout is cleaner, it’s faster, and it’s easier to use on the road. Updates have fixed a lot of the early issues, and new features actually help me stay on track and save time. It’s clear they’re growing and working hard to make the app better for guys like me who use it every day. Could it get better, SURE, but a flashy screen doesn't make an app better IMO. Solid tool that keeps improving.

Finally fix your buggy app!
This is the worst app I have ever used for carholing. The bugs and glitches that are in this application simply know no bounds. Because of this app, I'm just wasting my time.
No privacy
This app constantly pulls location information when you’re not using the app, even if you have it set to “allow only while using app”. That’s a huge privacy red flag.
Terrible app and company
App is way behind the times makes things way harder then they need to be. The worst part is if you call for customer support they don’t answer or tell you they will call you back and never do.

What frustrates me the most is having to get 3+ signatures for 1 delivery. And the loading process of inputting car position is also very annoying

Very slow, glitches, freezes. Takes 20 mins to take 10 photos. Drains the battery like crazy. Please do something about it! Terrible business
Prefer paper
Worst app I’ve ever used. Glitches, freezes, etc. if you’re not careful, it will kick you out during inspections, and loose them. Turns an 8 hour day into ten because you have to continuously wait for app to catchup to itself.
