Incredible customer support!!
Working with customer support was an overwhelmingly positive experience! (I was having an issue getting full access after purchasing in the Apple Store.) Most of all this is the best application for magazines in my opinion. SO many choices, all for one price!

There is no way to cancel your subscription, Magzter has to be emailed. Magzter have ignored my emails 4 times. Disgusting service.
Cancellation
I have no clue how well this all is in general. And if you are into reading magazines it could be alright. But holy cow is it impossible to cancel. Whatever you do don’t buy the gold version of this stupid app. Took me 2 hours to cancel and I’m a (fairly) tech savvy 18 year old. I can’t imagine trying to cancel if I was the age of people who still read magazines. Just go buy the real thing.

Complicated subscription process
Subscribed to access magazines, but was unable to get past the subscription gate despite a successful Apple Pay charge. The activation link Magzter sends redirects to their homepage rather than granting access making the subscription effectively unusable.
Requesting a refund is equally frustrating. There is no refund option on their website. The only recourse is to email their support team and wait for a response.

Minimal usefulness and impossible to cancel subscription (by design).
Didn’t utilize much. I ordered through another site so I cancelled through them. People I signed up like it though.
Favorites - Alignment
Good app overall, but the “Favourites” section needs better alignment/order customization. There’s no option to manually arrange magazines in my preferred order. Even using the workaround of removing and re-adding favourites only works temporarily for that session. Once the app is reopened, it resets back to the original order based on when the magazine was first added. Please add a custom drag-and-drop ordering option for favourites. This issue significantly hurts my usability.

Great selection.
After a disastrous merge between Readly and Cafeyn. I needed to find a new digital magazines and newspapers app. Magzter does not only have more than 4000 titles more than Readly (around 10000 in total) and for me it’s actually cheaper for me too each month, because I also speak German I’m able to read more titles in German as well as English. I’m already impressed and the seamless ease I can share my subscription means my elderly mother can read on her iPad as well at no extra cost. Impressed. I also like you can filter what other added family or friends can read especially for my children as protecting harmful content from being seen is important and I’m pleased Magzter takes this seriously.

All I want..
Am I missing something? If I am, then I apologize for the tone of this review, but it seems my only option to to subscribe to all access to 10,000 magazine titles. I don’t want 10,000 magazines. All I want is ONE subscription to ONE magazine. Is there somewhere on the app where I can just subscribe to one magazine?

Awful - really glitchy navigation. It’s also impossible to get anyone to accept responsibility for the sale and issue a partial refund for the remaining subscription time. Utterly frustrating

I tried to unsubscribe to their service but there is no unsubscribe feature. They do not respond to emails when trying to unsubscribe. DO NOT subscribe to this service!
Possible SCAM
I just purchased a one time only monthly magazine. Received an email to read it digitally. YET I CANNOT ACCESS IT DESPITE MY ACCOUNT SHOWING THE PAID INVOICE. Sent an email for help. If the problem is resolved, will update this review. Otherwise, I am standing with this written testimony! Thank You!

Avoid. Zero customer support
Bought 3 months gold membership today via Wowcher. Except the code wasnt recognised. I tried to contact Magzter but no reply or means of contacting. I would advise to get Readly.
Auto payment works. Auto access doesn’t
This setup is a joke. Auto payment works like a dream — they’ve made absolutely sure of that — but automatic access is nowhere to be found. It’s almost impressive how a system can be engineered to take your money instantly yet fail spectacularly at giving you what you paid for. It feels less like automation and more like a trap.
