I have completed world 2 and obtained 3 stars on all 80 games, but not showing on achievements, enjoying the game, would be 5 stars otherwise

Just done the latest update and it now won’t load onto my iPad. Did enjoy this game but now can’t play it.
Stopped Working on IPad After Update
I’m no longer able to open this game on my iPad mini after the April 2026 update. My device is using OS 15.8.7, so it should be compatible. What happened?!

Why can’t I find a setting to turn off the music?
Can’t turn off timer?
Have tried to reach out for app support from developer on their website but the support option does not open. Have tried several ways of requesting assistance to no avail. I am hoping the Developer will see this and respond.
Love this game and have been playing it for a number of years. I have purchased it as well.
I have them game on two devices. Both are iPad Pro. On my older iPad I’m able to turn off the timer, but not on the newer iPad.
I have deleted and reinstalled the game but still am. To able to turn off the timer.
Can this be fixed? The timer is so irritating to have running the entire time while playing.
