I have completed world 2 and obtained 3 stars on all 80 games, but not showing on achievements, enjoying the game, would be 5 stars otherwise

Just done the latest update and it now won’t load onto my iPad. Did enjoy this game but now can’t play it.
Stopped Working on IPad After Update
I’m no longer able to open this game on my iPad mini after the April 2026 update. My device is using OS 15.8.7, so it should be compatible. What happened?!

Can’t turn off timer?
Have tried to reach out for app support from developer on their website but the support option does not open. Have tried several ways of requesting assistance to no avail. I am hoping the Developer will see this and respond.

I thoroughly enjoy the game and have played 7 and 8 several times. Wonderful graphics and I enjoy the music though sometimes two songs are playing at once. Anyhow, kudos and hurry up with level 9. Thanks.

App uses unauthorised data :(
I have been enjoying this game, but noticed recently that after each game I would see an advert & then without any acceptance from me, my App Store opens on the game being promoted.
This app & the ad it promotes used your data even when mobile data is switched off for this app!
It is an abuse of service & could cost £ in unauthorised data usage.
The only way to stop this data usage in to put the phone into flight mode.
Not happy. Will be deleting!

Why the default to the main screen?
Once, twice or often during a game, my screen flashes a news screen, then defaults to the Pause screen. Why hasn’t this been fixed? It’s been a year or more.

So over the ads, they appear in the middle of your games and you can not get rid of them. I have deleted Mahjong twice and reinstalled, both times the ads have come backed and blocked my game. Looks like l am off to permanently deleting Mahjong
