I have enjoyed playing this game for quite a while, however lately I’ve been horribly disappointed ! The dragon game has reset itself at 4 times. I was even at level 20/21 , it went to the beginning

I’ve been playing this game for over 10 years,.Why all these adverts,this has taken my enjoyment away,it has spoilt the game. Nearly after every game.your taking the micky now.The game is spoilt.Please rethink the adds,as you will loose many players.
Mahjong Journey
I have been playing this game for many years. However, I am disappointed that there are so many loose ends and so many “coming soon” aspects in the game with nothing coming up. My game is now riddled with ads that are very annoying. There haven’t been any new countries added for a very long time and the special events are all the same ones recycled. This has certainly ruined my enjoyment with the game. I would like to hear if this game has run its course or if there are additions to come.

You can give me all the free time you want for my birthday but I cannot use the time because i have been waiting for over a year for you to send new levels.

This was my favorite game until recently. It looks like if you don’t complete the special event games in a day it starts over.
Lately I can pay to start a new game in special events and nothing happens except I loose my points.

Sound
I’ve been play this game since 2017. I’ve never complained about it, just continued to deal with the sound effects occasionally turning back on. It’s one thing to deal with the ads but I don’t want to have to listen to the sounds through my hearing aids. I am constantly having to go in settings and turn the sound off almost every day. Am done with it. None of my other apps do this.

Absolutely love the game but the recent edition of ads is just ruining the experience. I get you need sponsorships but the number of ads is just ridiculous.

Fix this please
All event progress has disappeared.I was almost finished and now it shows I haven’t even started.I want my progress back please! Why did you give me a 2year old answer to a problem I’m having right now? I’ve been playing this game for several years I have finished the first part of the event and only needed one more event item to get the second statue. Then when I started playing Wed. , all of my event items disappeared. I have too much time and money invested in this game to just let it go.
