Mahjong trails

I used to play mahjong trails on my computer many years ago. After several years with no computer I got an iPad & installed mahjong trails on it. I have been playing it daily since I got iPad. Several days ago it quit completely opening, it would load to 50% and then freezes. I have tried everything recommended, but it still doesn’t work. What can I do to fix this? This is my favorite game to play. Please help!

Newest update has locked me out!

Newest update keeps going to a page where it wants me to send an email to somebody. It’s frozen in that spot. I was over level 150. Very, very dissatisfied!

Son güncellemeden sonra facebooktan bağlanamıyorım. Ve ilerlemem kayboldu. Yani yıllardır oynuyorum ve şuan en baştan başlatıyor oyun. Lütfen düzeltir misini?
