Another problem and NO Customer Support

Why does the game ask if you want to declare a winner when it deals you a tile you need?
I say yes because sometimes it will then expose that 4 tile part of your hand - and other times it’ll say you lost over 300 points.

How do you successfully claim a discard or keep the tile you’re given to add to your hand?

The link to instructions is TERRIBLE and does NOT give you the basic instructions for playing the game; just pages and pages of scoring.

When I tried to go to Customer Support, I got a page saying the URL doesn’t exist.

There’s no way to get Customer Support.

Good game but frustrating as I can’t sort the tiles in the rack to my liking.

Realistic rendition of four person Mahjong

A fun and addictive game of the real four person Mahjong. With the new updates I don’t experience the bug that other reviewers reported. I like the new option of automatically claiming the tile when the tile forms a set or winning hand. I have changed the game to higher speed as now I won’t have to keep watching for all the tiles discarded.

Winning hand problem

Twice today I had a winning hand (with hand level set to zero base points) and when I tried to claim the hand, it said no winning hand found and then penalized me the maximum points. I had my husband who definitely knows how to play mahjong look and make sure I didn’t make a mistake. I have the two captured screens if the developer wants to see and correct the issue. Not much fun when it keeps doing this to me. I was able to win some other hands.

Fatal flaw! Wins not recognised!

Downloaded last night and already found a flaw as a win that I declared was not recognised! I was instead penalised. This needs to be fixed or else there is no point in playing the game. Please update or I want a refund!

No winning hand

I keep getting this and don’t understand why. I have a complete hand but I lose 384 points. Obviously something wrong with your algorithm. PLEASE FIX!!! Not fixed yet. Just had two winning hands and it says I lost. Lost -384 points. This is ridiculous. Just won 5-6 hands, then lost -384 twice in a row. The computer never gets a lost hand.

Played two games last night. Each game I was dealt the tile to complete my hand for Mahjong. I hit the palm, declared a win and the game says I lost -384 points. I stopped playing. It’s so frustrating. So now you know when it’s the last tile to complete the hand, you loose.

Crashes in multiplayer

We set up a 4 player game among family members in different states and could never get more than 10 minutes in before it would crash. Game play is also frustrating when expected combinations like 4 of a kind don’t always work.

Love playing the real Mah Jong, but please fix the bugs

I’ve been playing Mah Jong for decades and love this version. My biggest frustration is that when I go out with a winning hand, the game claims it’s not and I lose 384 points. I’d love to send the screen captures to the developer for help but there is no way to contact them. A few bug fixes and tweaks and this could be a 5 star game!

Mixed Hand winning is telling me I’m losing

I love mahjong but you are telling me I have a losing hand when I don’t. :(

Scoring is way off...

I’ve played several games where I’ve declared a legitimate win and the game has denied the win.

Don’t waste your money

The functions keep glitching and there are no instructions on how that game works even though the description says they will be located by clicking the gear.

Traditional Mahjong w/ tech difficulties

This is a fun game to play when it works correctly. It is traditional mahjong and not the mahjong solitaire/matching games more commonly found.

Unfortunately, it won’t always center properly on my iPad and part of the tiles in my hand are not visible. I haven’t run in to this problem on my phone yet.

Needs some improvements. Otherwise, enjoyable.

Overall nice game

However it cheats you, before you can see the tile well enough, one of the computer players will take (Pung) the tile even if you want it and it should be yours to take.

Disappointed

Was very excited to find a traditional mahjong app. Unfortunately, I was not able to take tiles without ending the game. Screenshots of what I expected did not show up when I played the game. Very disappointed.
