The app is glitchy

The app can delay your communication with the person you are employing. I feel maybe the app needs a way for the service providers to create receipts as well. Like give them a template or access to existing receipts.

Terrible! Don’t download it! You’ll just waste your money!

Appalling app! I paid for the subscription, which cost almost £10, but when I get to the identity verification step, it just keeps loading forever. In other words, I paid for something I can’t even use. I’ve already emailed your support team explaining the situation, and I haven’t even received a response. I want a full refund!

No Maids

No maids on the app, not a single one that is active in my area. When you send a message they don’t reply. Recently had to login again and there was no evidence of messages being sent. Avoid.
