Appalling app! I paid for the subscription, which cost almost £10, but when I get to the identity verification step, it just keeps loading forever. In other words, I paid for something I can’t even use. I’ve already emailed your support team explaining the situation, and I haven’t even received a response. I want a full refund!

No Maids
No maids on the app, not a single one that is active in my area. When you send a message they don’t reply. Recently had to login again and there was no evidence of messages being sent. Avoid.

Worst app ever
I downloaded this app to get some extra work but this is the worst app ever i mean there is no customer support,you keep on getting text that you got a message but once open there is nothing,no new shifts it just stucks where it is on the first day.

Search does not work
Have not been able to find a cleaner as the search functions returns an error message and there is no help from support who never respond.
Not working properly
The application is not working properly, I am not receiving all messages from customers, support is writing to me and telling me that I have an unread message, and I have not even received one, this problem has existed for more than a year and you cannot deal with it
Can’t register
The app required a registration code sent to my phone but the code does not arrive. Is this app actually genuine or just a scam to get my details? There are no customer support contact details on the website.

Great app! Posted my requirements and got matched with about 20 maids
You can see reviews from other clients, photos and videos of before and afters, and other details about each of the maids including proximity to you. One tap and you’re messaging them via the in-app chat. Definitely the best app for finding a cleaner!
