I’ve been using it for a few years due to work needs, and the last few times I’ve tried to get into the app it’s asked me to subscribe to premium. No worries, I’ll just decline and go onto my free account. Nope! They removed the ability to access unless I sub. Can’t skip and use my account, only thing on the page is it saying to go get premium. If it weren’t for work I would never use this terrible email service. If you have any ammout of atoning in your choice, choose a carrier pigeon. The training will be less frustrating than trying to use this app

Opening outlook
This never opens straight away and leaves a screen on for the trial for far to long

It’s a great app so I’ll give it 5 star but be sure to fix this subscription stuff it’s boring to be on a great app like this

What a nightmare.
I changed my cell phone number associated with my account. Can’t log in without the Authenticator app. Downloaded that. Can’t log into that either. Hours of circular and failed effort. It’s too much. Meanwhile, Outlook is open and functioning on my desktop. You would think that there would be a way to authenticate through that but there isn’t.

Slow and Clunky
Horribly slow and clunky, checking email has never been so frustrating.
Have to use for work
It is the most user unfriendly app available. Always issues with signing in. Assuming you can ever get signed in. I don’t know why anyone ever uses Outlook in this current day.

I can’t get my email and there is no phone number to call
It sucks
Every time I log on it asks for a password and it seems all I ever do is reset passwords, so I have no clue what my password now is. I can’t pick up emails, I can’t send, I can’t do anything! I am so totally frustrated. It no longer works on my iPhone or iMac or any of my apple devices, so I’m not happy!
