Nice but fails in the looks department
Works well and I’ve connected it to various email clients with no issue but the app itself looks too basic for my taste . Why are apps so spaced out in the side bar ? Took me a while to realise more were hidden until you slide up the menu bar but so many more could be visible immediately if there wasn’t so much space between them.

Worth subscribing. I use it as my main email provider. Simple, easy to use and safe. Can't ask for more. Thank you.
Not recommended
Loaded up the app, signed up, tested it- worked, next day the account disappeared and test emails are undelivered. Disappointing as hoping to use a European service.

The interface is slick, it’s private and uses Qwant as a search engine.

Needs a lot of work
I like what this company has set out to do, which is why I signed up. However The UI is by far the worst I’ve ever seen in a mail app. So much blank space, the menu options aren’t clearly separated and sometimes even misaligned, the themes aren’t great, no dark mode, and there’s grammatical errors all over. I understand this is a French company, so English is not their first language. Although I feel that this could have been translated better. This app needs a complete overhaul, which doesn’t look like it’s going to happen any time soon since it looks like they only update it once a year…

I recommend Mailo
I have been very happy with this email provider. I always get new email notifications. I really like the family account features and I also got Mailo Kids so my children to have their own email account.
Don't download it if you're device has a notch
Header of the app is cut off by notch and still didn't fix the issue. Unable to change the language to English once I change it on login page, in every page I have to repeat it. Dissapointed.🤦🏻♂️
Clean app, hate the loading pop up
Please remove this and put it to an icon or something, the loading sign is annoying and I feel that its not an application, rather than using a web browser.

Isn’t optimized for iPhone X series
Mailo as an email, calendar, and groupware service has a lot to offer. Their stance on privacy is also a breath of fresh air. But the mobile app leaves much to be desired as the app doesn’t accommodate the notch at the top of the iPhone X series. Can’t see menus or top of app at all. Of this was fixed, it would be very useful for many users I’m sure.

Il n’y a plus aucun menu d’accessible.
J’ai cherché l’application Mailo, mais à priori elle n’existe pas.
Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas zoomer sur les menus, la police est trop petite quand on a des problèmes de vue !!!
