Great when driving, surprisingly
Really helpful before driving to an imporant meeting, or after picking up teenagers. I did the videos at home once, then I found myself doing the audio-only “sigh” breathwork. It is hands free because the audio is crisp and very easy to follow, mostly breathing sounds that i follow and do myself. In 2 minutes I get a boost before giving a talk, or bring my stress down. I’m not much for meditation or yoga but this breathwork is solid, it actually works.

I found it a interesting use case to be able to track my meditation practices. It has the gamification feature to encourage me to come back again and again. It’s simple and easy to use
