White Screen AGAIN
I hadn’t been able to use the app for roughly a year (had to use someone else’s phone) and then the app updated and I was able to sign in properly. Now… after the most recent update I’m back to seeing the white screen. I’m losing my mind. This is ludicrous.
iPhone 14 doesn’t work
I had been using this app to clock in for over a year on my old iPhone SE phone, and I agree with every review that it is extremely finicky and glitchy and would often not work at all. The reason I’m finally writing a review now is because I switched my phone to an iPhone 14 last week, and ever since the app will not open AT ALL. It will continuously load with the Mains’l logo being the only thing on screen, and it never actually loads.
How is an app that tracks people’s time sheets so bad that a phone transfer makes it completely unusable??! I’ve deleted it and redownloaded and same issue. It’s infuriating. I now have to log every single day manually on the website, which has also glitched on me before. And now every reason code for logging timesheets later on the site is because the app is malfunctioning.
I saw another review citing the same issues with the iPhone 14. Why do the developers not care at all that probably hundreds or thousands of their employees cannot access the app?!! Is this ever going to be fixed or do I have to manually log hours every single day for the rest of this job??? LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. Fix this trash app for the love of god

Are all these steps necessary?
Stupid steps keep getting added on for no reason. It’s overly complicated. I hate this app.
Terrible app
Terrible design with no quality of life, no ability to save login information, navigating the app fees like using an early 2000’s geocities website. Over all ugly interface, clunky and confusing.
This is so frustrating
You have to stop what you’re doing to sign in and out. If you forget to sign out then you can’t get that time approved because it goes over your hours.
Horrible app
Horrible app, doesn’t work at all on ProMax phones and the developer and Personnel Best are aware of it and haven’t done anything to correct it. Now those of us who can’t use the app are being threatened with delayed timesheet approval because they will be doing “MANUAL AUDITS” on all manually submitted timesheets. My broker even said they would kick my daughter off the MPW if I continue entering timesheets manually! If I could give it zero stars I would!

Demeaning, Difficult & inaccurate
This system counts by 30 seconds and will deduct pay or add overtime. Every time I have go back & adjust manually but even then the times won't often add correctly.
This is demeaning, wasting my time & families trying to fix it.
But I guess not as bad as working for an agency making $$$ off of my work, then manipulating schedules so not to qualify for benefits.

Horribly designed app. It’s like a class of 2010 high schoolers first attempt at a functional phone application. It signs you out every 3 minutes for absolutely no reason, breaks constantly, and is completely unintuitive. 3 things that are not very fun in an app that is responsible for whether you get money or not. Writing this review because it has broken for the 3rd time in a month, and this time it is no longer even letting me manually input hours on the website. There are reviews on here from 3 years ago saying the exact same thing. No excuse. Terrible.

Not working no more
I was using this app for a long time until my phone updated to the 18 developer beta. It stopped working, Then I changed to the 18 public beta and it still not working. I need this app for my daughter on my phone because I need to use it when I take her out in public and not just at home.
Logging in is a hassle
There’s 3 places you have to fill in to log in (every time you open the app, I might add) which makes it impossible to auto populate password and username. So looking up and typing in username, password, and company code is a waste of 5 minutes of my day. Be interested to learn why that is the case
Needs an update
Have not been able to open the app since getting an iPhone 15.
This app is awful
Why are you in the dark ages with this app? So many updates could have happened and nothing!!! By the time I enter all my info I’ve finished my 8 hour shift!! If I can log into my banking app with Face ID I think it’s allowed in this app!! Come on with us to 2024 where facial recognition is a thing!!

This app definitely has a lot of difficulties while clocking in & out.
Great in beginning then after an update- dead in the water
So for over almost 3/4 of a year, I’ve not been able to use this app. All worked great then they updated the app then game over. I’ve been told “you’re the only one this is happening to”, but I seriously highly doubt that. I was having to manually enter time on their website and then once we figured out that the app works on my husband’s phone (iPhone 15 & mine is iPhone 14), then I had to start using his phone to log in. He wakes up super early and sometimes doesn’t get home til late… so yeah, that’s fun. I have compared my settings with his settings and we cannot find any differences that would affect my app not working. The app will load the first screen then once I hit the login button, it goes to a white screen and stays on that screen- nothing loads ever. Super frustrating, but every month I try to see if anything has changed… nope!
Also, we have an iPad that doesn’t have any of the stuff that my phone does and it also will not allow me to login on it neither- we get the same white screen.

Not working on new iPhone 14
This app never works says I have to be connected to internet when I am. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still doesn’t work. Also anything I click on the next page is white.
Get It Right!
Every time I tried to log in, the screen goes blank! I delete the app and reinstall it and the same thing happens. I am not able to log in my hours and have to manually create a time sheet.
Why?!?!?!
Clock in, it did, went to the screen. Clock out? No, says I need to start a new visit.
Clock out at night. Start a new visit tomorrow? Nope, didn't clock out the night before!!!!!
