App is useless
The app doesn’t save any of your CC information to buy tickets easier, you need to log in multiple times (if you don’t, you won’t get credit for loyalty), you can see past or future purchases (your ticket is a future purchase). Save yourself the time and just go to the website.

Login information
Doesn’t store login information. Super annoying especially when trying to pull up coupons and tickets.
No way to see purchased tickets
Really bad app - after you purchase there is no way to see your purchased tickets. I had to call the theatre and they printed out tickets for me as they were never emailed to me and you can’t find them in the app.
Why did you break a decent app
The new app is bad. It doesn’t work many times and does not allow you to store information like the previous app. In addition if I buy a ticket it is not available to bring up. The old app wasn’t the best but beats this one by a mile.
Unable to purchase tickets
This new app has issues allowing me to input any credit card info. I tap credit card and a blank webpage opens up. If I navigate back to the app I can see the credit card input fields but they are disabled.
The app also really needs a Purchase History and the ability to save Payment Info.
