Very long procedures for everything and you can not even call architects directly, if any issues, it will take months n months and finally demanding extra money charges for everything, never go for this

I seriously doubt the skill and knowledge of the designers. The dimensions of design is never matched with height structure. There is nobody who understands the mistakes in the drawing. Quality of job.. very slow delivery of job. drawing, sir, sent to you without verification, nobody reviews. Just send it.

Unreliable
The team does not call back even if you call 10 times or raise a call back request. For 30mins work they will take 20 days. I asked for BBS drawing just for foundation, but the customer care team will only share once completed fully. My engineer made the whole thing in 30 mims free of cost. They charged a lot and not completed even in 20 days.

Worst App and Incapable Designers
This application is worst and they will charge for everything and teach you architecture because end of the day you will only design your home and they have freshers hired in there team which also dont have any sort of experience and charge you after taking package for each end everything took almost half year for me for just a small plot design which i only design end of the day.

I would like to request all the persons not to deal with Make My House Team who are looking to make House Construction plan. I have taken a plan once you have approved something and want to re-correct minor thing You have to pay full payment, For service.
They will talk with us with world, sweetest tongue, but once we trapped in their conspiracy, they will show their real colour. They have very least experience, architect and engineer. Who creates a construction plan.
Initially, they told we offer unlimited time of correction in plan, according to customer but if we send any plan for correction, they will resend it with zero correction and this process till continuing until you approve the plan.

This is already been many days. MMH work process will be like to delay all your projects. The Time frame is a scam. They will only gonna contact you on the last day or after the deadline. And if you ll reject a plan they will delay it more. Only having very beginner level CAD designers and no Architects. I have got very bad feedback about MMH and sales assured me that it wont be happening. But frankly speaking somehow I trapped.

Fake Application
They took advance payment but never delivered any plans as promised. Also there is no customer care, support or email ID. Requesting Apple team to look into this and take this app down.

I think do not use there services because after the approval there is always be changes in running construction but when I contact for only staircase redesign because not fit in my house but now they said they don’t provide support because of you don’t follow the plan i said that there is always running changes happen in construction so that you should support us but they declined. So overall i said don’t buy it

Highly unreliable—avoid using any of their services.
All the positive reviews seem either paid or posted by their own team. The service is terrible. Their so-called AI planner takes your money and promises a plan within 4 hours, but even after several follow-ups, you get nothing on time. When the plan finally arrives, it’s extremely poor—who puts a kitchen on every floor? Our home is 1600 sq ft, but the plan was for just 1000 sq ft. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
